As the general contractor on this 24,000 SF, three (3) story retail building, Morgan not only managed the construction of the base building, but at the same time managed the construction of seven (7) tenant spaces.
Base building construction includes a steel structure clad in Nichiha panels and stucco veneer on a Knight Wall System, an open air structural staircase and one of kind integral water feature. Intended to be an Earthcraft Certified project, a 2MM gallon geothermal pond was installed behind the building. Aquatherm piping recirculates pond water through a heat exchanger in the pond to provide heating and cooling for the building.
The tenant spaces include a hot yoga studio, full service Spa, holistic medical practices and a design intense, upscale restaurant. All tenant spaces required separate building permits, inspections and varied move in dates. Through tight jobsite coordination and daily communication with all the stakeholders, Morgan was able to deliver the base building and all tenant spaces in pristine condition.
