Since 2009, Morgan has completed over 20 separate projects for the Avis Budget Group in the following states; Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Because of Morgan’s ability to consistently deliver the Avis projects on time and in budget, Avis has awarded Morgan various project types including retail counters, office space, maintenance and car wash facilities, and special equipment packages throughout the Midwest, and Southeast regions.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tenant Build-Outs

Since our first project with Enterprise at Atlanta’s Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility (CONRAC) in 2009, the Morgan team has completed a wide range of projects for Enterprise in six (6) states, including Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina and Tennessee. Because Morgan is familiar with Enterprise design and construction standards, long lead items are already identified and draft schedules put together within days of project award.

Quick Turn Around Facilities 5, 6, and 7 Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport

Quick Turn Around (QTA) facilities provide on-site car wash, detailing, and light maintenance services for rental car companies located at Atlanta’s Hartfield Jackson International Airport. Morgan completed three of the six (6) total QTA facilities included in the overall airport master plan. Each structure of 15,000 SF contains office space for the car rental company, a commercial grade car wash, and four maintenance bays. In addition to the construction of the QTA buildings, during the implementation of the new Hartsfield Jackson International Terminal, Morgan also coordinated and managed the interiors of the CONRAC terminal and parking lot modifications.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Sales and Truck Leasing Facility

In addition to the numerous airport retail projects, Enterprise selected the Morgan team to renovate an abandoned restaurant structure in the Atlanta suburbs, and convert it into a car sales and truck leasing facility. This 5,600 SF building required extensive structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to meet local building codes and EHI standards. In addition to the base building work and interior build out for the sales team, Morgan constructed a separate structure on the property for a custom commercial truck wash. This project consisted of approximately two acres of site improvements including all new site utilities, underground storm water detention system and all new curb and asphalt paving.

Ferrari – Maserati of Atlanta

Morgan was selected for a third project at the Ferrari – Maserati of Atlanta Dealership. The renovation and addition to the existing facility includes two aggressive phases of construction while never closing the dealership. This three acre, 30,000 SF complex includes an advanced service department, technology focused showroom, and high security parking lot. Interior partitions in the new showroom are built to accept the back painted, glass and metal display cases and have zero tolerance for dimensional errors. Morgan’s team coordinated all aspects of the design, construction, and shipping of these custom units fabricated in Italy.

Sixt, SE

Morgan was introduced to Sixt during the Hartsfield Jackson International Terminal Project. German owned Sixt, SE is a European, multi national car rental company and one of the oldest rental car companies in the world.   Morgan has completed five separate projects for Sixt at Atlanta’s International Airport.
